- Question of medical diagnosis of prostate cancer -?

My brother just told me he has to go 18 for a biopsy of his prostate. I had not said just now, but you mentioned the PSA test was not so long ago, was "good" and had a very low score. I thought nothing of it. Now, I realize that we should have a PSA test because of something not right (he is 43 years old), I guess for problems with functions or an enlarged prostate more likely. He went and took manual control of physicians prostate and sounds like recently physician determines the form of swelling or what should be done with caution before the biopsy. My question is – Is it "normal" procedure that doctors remain in the prostate problems in men? I have no knowledge or experience in this field, and frankly it's a first for my brother too, so I thought to ask some health professionals from here for their opinions or men who have already lived. I thank you for your information.

Prostate gland 20 years is the normal size ….. the size of a walnut. But with age, it tends to develop, and most of the time extension is benign. However, in some cases, the extension may be malignant. In both cases, the symptoms are: 1) Getting up frequently at night (for example, sometimes up to 100 times a day) to urinate 2) low urine output 3) A feeling which is never "empty" after urinating This occurs when gland is very close to the bladder and the bladder expands as it pushes the smallest size to the inside, the doctor can actually feel the prostate size when examined manually from the rectum. If you feel an enlarged Europe (which appears in the case of his brother) performed a biopsy to determine if tumor is benign or malignant. Do not worry I have said most are benign. Young people are not, however, get away with prostate problems who are not. You can get a prostate infection called protatitis.
