Sudden enlargement of the prostate to 34?

Last night around 10:00, I suddenly symptoms of what could be diagnosed as an enlarged prostate (after looking in medical journals). At 34, it is possible that something like could enter a Case of 15 minutes, or it could be something else? The symptoms include a constant need to urinate, a slight pressure in the bladder and sense heat the general area. I take triamterene (a diuretic) per day to control symptoms of dizziness and rarely drink plenty of caffeine. My first thought was a bladder infection, but the magazine suggests that these are very rare in men of my age. No blood or color unusual in the urine. No nausea, vomiting, fever or chills. Any help is appreciated here. It was a bit worried.

prostate broadened over time from 40 years of age. It is a slow process that takes years. I'd be more concerned about a urinary tract infection may have landed in the prostate. I had to spend a couple of times. Going to the doctor should "assume the position" and obtain a sperm sample put under the microscope. Do not be surprised if you get a prescription for antibiotics.
