I am interested in introducing a brand new supplement to the U.S. market.?

Interested in introducing a brand new supplement to the U.S. market. Can you give me some advice what to do? Hello, Does anyone know what to do to legally sell a supplement that works miracles with many different diseases, as cancer (most of them) (prostate cancer, melanoma, just to name a few), sexually transmitted diseases, HIV and AIDS ulcers, digestive system diseases incurable, and many other internal and external conditions? This special supplement is patented and is currently sold in one country .. Are there specific steps that have to go through?? I would like this product is sold as a supplement not a drug. I would appreciate your help .. Thanks, Jack

If you are selling as a supplement, you have to do anything. You do not have to prove it works, you do not have to prove it is safe, you do not have to provide evidence that the pills in the flask containing the ingredients labels and you do not even need to have their manufacturing plants inspected to make sure it is clean. You can not claim in the label that the supplement will cure anything, but you can publish a pamphlet claiming cures, as long as the prospectus is not displayed next to your supplement in stores. And sellers can store any verbal claim you want. Intelligent Decision marketed as a supplement in the U.S.. If you scored a medication that you would to prove safe and effective test to make sure the pills contain ingredients that are labeled and inspected the plant. Whether you call it a food, you would to guarantee that the pills contain ingredients that do not contain labeled pesticides, insect parts and other contaminants and you should have your plant inspected and approved. If the market outside the U.S., you may also have to prove to be safe, effective and safely manufactured. PS: for other readers: "proprietary" does not mean that something works, only it is different from other things proprietary.
