Where's the swelling? If it refers to the lower legs swollen is most probably not from an enlarged / inflamed prostate. An enlarged prostate or inflammation does not cause Hta. If you have pain or discomfort, could cause high blood pressure but are transient. If you are experiencing hypertension and edema, most likely have other prostate problems, for example, heart, kidney or liver problems. You need to see a doc.
