How to prevent large prostate / trouble urinating?

It seems quite common these days to have some kind of problem prostate. Wonder if there are ways to prevent this from happening or is it hereditary? Are there certain foods or exercise routines that should start? Any information would be of great help!

Hi Bob, I have no personal experience but I can tell you a story of a family member. My husband grans 90 years, had had two operations because of not being able to urinate. Even after these operations, it still was not able to urinate. My mother and I, at the time had state health and nutrition, but then I knew very little about the topic of prostate cancer and urinary health. Anyway, was desperate because nothing was helping him to urinate. Health products being sold today still have a product called CranVerry. My mother suggested to try the CranVerry target within hours that allowed him to urinate. where we all so surprised at the immediate result, but sad at the same time, realizing that could have saved him the two operations, which had a negative effect on their health. The unfortunately died a few weeks later, however he escaped and died in excruciating pain alone. We strongly believe that would still be alive had he not gone through the two operations, especially at her age. I know of three products that have a purpose specific and positive effect on the prostate and urinary health, depending on the stage of prostate disease. First, if you have a problem with urine, then or drink pure cranberry juice or you could get the CranVerry goal, which is a concentrated form of cranberry without added sugar. Second, if the prostate gland enlarges, then we recommend the AIM Reassure, using saw palmetto, known to reduce prostate size. Finally, Preventive measures must maintain balanced hormone levels with the use of natural progesterone. I have published two articles on my blog goes to reinforce my point of view, which can be seen below. http://www.healthywithaim.com/blog/2009/08/12/that-old-prostate-the-genesis-of-happiness-or-death / http://www.healthywithaim.com/blog/2009/ 08/31/prostate-cancer-screening-more-harm-than-good / Would be great to get your testimony!
